A Whole New Snowmass Dining Experience Begins This Winter!!
New condominiums. New restaurants. New retail shops. All of those amenities and more await you in Snowmass this winter. The unveiling of Snowmass Village's billon-dollar transformation begins this ski season with the first significant residential, restaurant and retail openings in Base Village.There will also be more than $20 million in on-mountain improvements including a high-speed quad chairlift and a new mountaintop restaurant, Sam's Smokehouse. At least five new restaurants will be open for service this winter in Base Village: Buchi, Sweet Life, Junk, Liquid Sky and Sneaky's Tavern, and look for additional restaurant announcements.

The Artisan
Ask any local what is the best restaurant In The Valley and the Artisan will be at the top of their list. Chef David Von Holten has created a World class menu while still maintaining a casual Colorado atmosphere. The bar menu offers great sandwiches and appetizers and is considered the best deal in Snowmass. Enjoy an après ski cocktail by the fireplace or try the Maytag Blue Cheese Burger, known by locals as the finest burger in town. Adjacent to the fireside lounge the restaurant offers a diverse menu influenced by modern Italian, Asian, French, and New World tastes. Try the slow roasted duck with drunken cherry sauce or the Colorado lamb chops with rosemary polenta and Moroccan olive plum tomato ragu. Open daily for happy hour and dinner. Private rooms are available for larger parties. Reservations are suggested.

The Village Steakhouse
Spectacular views overlooking the Brush Creek Valley make this the perfect spot to meet with friends and family for dinner.
